Hiring: student assistant for the AIDAHO project  [15.02.23]

As part of the "AI & Data Science Certificate Hohenheim" (AIDAHO) project, we are looking for a student assistant (40 hours/month) to work on programming projects as soon as possible.

 

Job description

The AIDAHO team is working on several web applications to further enhance the quality of teaching in the certificate program. Currently under development are:

  • A platform for automated correction of programming assignments.
  • A tool for individual planning of the course of studies in the AIDAHO program.

    In addition, various other projects are in the conception phase (AIDAHO teaching environment, virtual AI lab,...). For the implementation of these projects we are looking for a student assistant to support us in programming the proposed content.

    Requirements profile

    • Programming knowledge in Python
    • Basic knowledge in the area of internet technologies
    • Optional: Tornado Web Framework, SQL, Docker, Javascript, HTML/CSS, LaTex, R.

    The duration of employment is at least 3 months; the scope of employment is 40 hours/month. Remuneration is according to the rates of the University of Hohenheim. Working hours can be arranged individually and home office is possible. Long-term employment as a student assistant in the AIDAHO project is possible.
