Congratulations to Dr. Christine Borsum on receiving the Professor Wild Award! [06.07.22]
The Professor Wild Award, donated by honorary senator Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Rainer Wild, is aimed at students, doctoral candidates and post-doctoral candidates in the fields of biological chemistry and nutritional sciences, food science and biotechnology, food chemistry and nutritional medicine.

This year, the prize of 10,000 euros is shared by:
- Dr. Christine Borsum (7,000 euros) for her dissertation "Differences in dynamic aroma release from unformed and foamed dairy matrices - experimental setup, physical and chemical mechanisms."
- Alban Piotrowsky (3,000 euros) for his master's thesis "Investigation of the influence of iron(III) chloride and hyperthermia".
We would like to congratulate both award winners for their exceptional achievements in particular our colleague Dr. Christine Borsum.
