We are looking for a tutor for the module “Practical Introduction to Programming with Python” (1511-501) of the FG for Food Informatics (150L) in the winter semester 2024/25.

We are looking for a tutor for the module “Practical Introduction to Programming with Python” (1511-501) of the FG for Food Informatics (150L) in the winter semester 2024/25. The task includes offering weekly teaching groups in which questions are answered and instructions are given on the exercise sheets and project work. Basic knowledge of programming with Python is expected, e.g. by taking a module in our department (1511-201 “Fundamentals of Computer Science”, 1511-400 “Computational Thinking”, 4407-481 “Introduction to Machine Learning in Python” or “Practical Introduction to Programming with Python”, 1511-501). The employment will take place from Sept. 16, 2024, to Feb. 28, 2025, (period can be adjusted after consultation) for up to 40 hours/month. The module will be held in English. An extended scope in combination with activities to support our research is possible.
