Julia Senge joins the Department of Food Informatics as research assistant.

We welcome Julia Senge as new staff menber at the Department of Food Informatics. Ms. Senge strengthens the Department of Food Informatics (150L) since 15.03.2022 as research assistant. After her studies in Food Science and Biotechnology, she started her promotion at the Department of Process Analytics and Cereal Science (150i) with Prof. Dr. Bernd Hitzmann in the field of the process optimization for bakeries by predictions of demands, which she will now continue at our Department. Further, she supports us in teaching, in particular within the courses Ring Work Experience of Food Science and Biotechnology II (1500-121) and Statistics for Food Science and Biotechnology (1511-021).
