Department strengthened by Post-Doc [28.02.22]
Dr. Christine Borsum strengthens the Department of Food Informatics as first Post-Doc.We welcome Dr. Christine Borsum as new staff member at the Department of Food Informatics. Dr. Borsum strengthens the Department of Food Informatics (150L) since 01.02.2022 as Post-Doc. She previously completed her doctorate at the University of Hohenheim in the Department of Soft Matter Science and Dairy Technology. In her PhD, Dr. Borsum focused on differences between flavor release from unfoamed and foamed milk matrices. In the future, she will focus on the integration of AI methods to support food analysis and processing.
