His thesis, titled
“Sensor-based Machine Learning Approach for Non-Destructive Quality Evaluation and Shelf Life Prediction of Agri-Food Products”, addresses a highly relevant topic at the intersection of food informatics and bioeconomy.
The thesis explores the development of a non-destructive system that, in combination with machine learning methods, analyzes the quality of agricultural products and predicts their remaining shelf life and storage conditions. In the future, such technologies could play a key role in reducing food waste and making quality control processes more efficient
We sincerely congratulate him on this exceptional achievement!
