Interview in Anuga FoodTec Magazine  [27.01.25]

An interview with Jun.-Prof. Christian Krupitzer and Dana Jox about "Digital twins and machine learning" was published in the Anugar FoodTec magazine.

As part of the FEI project "Digital process mapping through machine learning for predicting critical process conditions and quality parameters using the example of a fermented and a non-perishable food" new possibilities for the Food Industry 4.0 are researched. In an interview, the head of the Food Informatics Department, Junior Professor Christian Krupitzer, and doctoral student Dana Jox, M.Sc., explain how machine learning and digital twins can be used to optimise production processes and sustainably improve the quality of food.
